Following a global agency pitch process, M12 selected Bolser to design, develop and promote a new website to help drive their ongoing global investment strategy.

The challenge

To create a world class, transformational website to attract, impress and engage high calibre investment prospects.

The team at M12 wanted the new site to reflect their values of professionalism, approachability and inclusion, while showcasing their extensive and highly relevant content in an engaging and interactive way. This included:

  • 100+ portfolio companies.
  • Profiles of the team of specialist advisors.
  • A substantial archive of blogs and news features.
What we did

Built a scalable, Drupal CMS driven website, that exceeded both design and functionality expectations.

  • An in-depth discovery phase helped us understand M12’s challenges, priorities and future plans for the site.
  • We built the global Drupal CMS driven website on the Microsoft Azure hosting platform to ensure scalability and future proofing.
  • Our team designed a detailed user experience (UX) focussed site structure and hierarchy to effectively organise the content and communicate key messages.
  • Content filters were implemented across the site, enabling users to easily access relevant information.
  • We seamlessly integrated dynamic 3rd party applications.
  • Our in-house SEO experts conducted keyword research, content optimisation and competitor analysis to ensure the site was fully optimised from the outset.
  • A customised Google Data Studio dashboard was set up to monitor site health and performance going forward.
Results

Great Google scores and a 400% increase in new users.

The brand new website was launched on time and within budget. The design and functionality of the site exceeded all expectations and M12 were delighted with the huge increase in new users and great Google Lighthouse scores:

  • 93/100 for SEO – following our comprehensive SEO work.

  • Achieved Microsoft’s gold standards for accessibility and compliance.

We are now working with M12 to scale the platform and deliver appropriate content to improve search rankings and attract more high calibre investment prospects.
