The year of AI

In 2025, we rolled out innovative, AI-focused projects for the Football Foundation, Microsoft, and Innovate UK to drive operational efficiency, create richer customer experiences, and save money.

Fresh faces in the team

Our team grew stronger this year with the arrival of four experienced new starters. Matthew and Mark have joined the development team, Connor joined us from THG Ingenuity as SEO Manager, and we also welcomed back Jen as Client Services Director.

A new management structure

We announced a strategic leadership restructure to drive our next phase of growth. Our founder, Ashley Bolser, will now focus on the agency’s vision and AI innovation. Dominic Howe steps into the Managing Director role, leading on the agency’s direction and strategy. Jen Driver will lead client relationships and drive client digital marketing, returning to the agency after a seven-year absence.

Environmental impact

We continue to minimise our impact on the environment by reducing our carbon footprint across ‘God’s own county’. We planted hundreds of trees in Wensleydale to complement our existing Nidderdale commitment. Our full sustainability audit highlighted that we had reduced our Scope 3 emissions by 8%.

Here’s to an incredible 2026 and seeing what we can achieve!
