SEO Manager

We are looking for an ambitious SEO Manager to join our talented performance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the talented performance team at Bolser, to work on search engine optimisation for some of the world’s biggest brands. We specialise in digital experiences across mobile and web, delivering exceptional work for clients such as Microsoft, XBox, National Theatre and the RAF Museum.

Reporting directly into the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation strategies to improve our clients’ organic search rankings & visibility, drive quality traffic, and support our overall digital marketing goals. You will work closely with digital marketing specialists, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across all digital platforms.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute data driven SEO strategies

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content strategy and optimisation
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend fixes
  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance using industry recognised tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog etc.
  • Optimise website content, meta tags, images, and internal linking structures
  • Collaborate with account management, performance marketing and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web design and content
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO, Generative Search and digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support the senior management team with new business proposals and pitches
     

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2 years + experience in search engine optimisation
  • Experience working in an agency on a range of clients (preferred, but not essential)
  • A natural aptitude for working with data
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with good attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm, with a desire to learn, develop, and exceed expectations

Salary bracket: £30 - 40k (dependant on experience)
