New Technical Lead among quintet of hires at Bolser

Bolser, the award-winning Leeds-based digital agency, is excited to welcome five new recruits following a period of record growth and a recent King’s Award for Enterprise win.

Leading the new hires, Richard Stephenson joins as Bolser’s Technical Lead. With two decades of experience in web development, Richard has worked as a consultant for both start-ups and major brands, including Sainsbury’s and Nike. At Bolser, he will head up a team of nine, overseeing projects for a wide range of clients, including Microsoft, the National Theatre, and fast-growing Leeds business, Garolla.

Commenting on his new role, Richard Stephenson said, “I'm looking forward to sharing my experience with Bolser’s talented development and QA team on a range of exciting blue-chip projects.”

Joining Richard are two front-end developers, Jacob Marsey and Calvin Gomes. Jacob comes from the digital transformation agency Calls9, and previously worked at Aviva Rail North. Calvin brings global expertise from his time at U Energy, with experience across the UK and Indian tech scenes.

The team is further strengthened by two digital marketers, Cerys Moore and Brooke Sanders. Cerys, a performance marketing analyst, has a strong background in data and performance marketing, while Brooke brings a comprehensive digital marketing skill set, honed across multiple Leeds-based agencies.
